Over The Top Disc Golf Policies & Procedures

Fulfillment Policy

Once we receive your order, we ship it per your choice of shipping service.  Normally, if an order is placed by 2:30pm Mountain Time, it will go out the same day.  As a customer, you are requiring us to fulfill the correct items and ship it through the shipping service of your choice.   Once the item has been dropped off to the shipping service, we keep a receipt that your package was dropped off at the correct shipping service.  At that point, Over The Top Disc Golf has fulfilled all of our obligations pertaining to your order.  

If there is an issue with the shipping service and your package is unable to be delivered to you, we are happy to work with the shipping service to help resolve the issue.  All of our shipments are tracked and insured.  The shipping service can conduct an investigation on the delivery and if they deem that it falls under their insurance requirements, then they will resolve the issue either by finding the package and delivering it  or compensating financially for the loss of the package.  

If the package was sent to the address you requested on your order and was delivered to the correct shipping service, Over The Top Disc Golf will not refund the order or send replacement items.

Store Credit Usage Policy

Our credit system automatically assumes that you want to use your store credit and will always use the credit that expires first.   Please check your orders at checkout to make sure you are using the credit how you would like.  Our system will review the payment with you.  If you error and do not use your credit when you were intending to, we will show you that the amount is coming out of your personal payment and not credit.  It is the customers responsibility to check how the order is being paid before completing the order.  

If the customer fails to use their credit, we can refund the payment and apply the credit afterwards.   Due to the fact that we are charged credit card processing fees, we cannot refund the full amount of your payment.  We will refund the amount paid in error minus the credit card processing fees that Over The Top Disc Golf still has to pay on your behalf.  We do not get those fees back and so you also will not get those fees back.
