Sponsorship available for the 9th Annual Portneuf Valley Open Presented by MVP. We take care of those who take care of us and our player's. These sponsorships are for monetary donations only. If you would like to donate merchandise or gift cards, please contact us at wecanhelp@overthetopdg.com.
TYPES OF SPONSORSHIP AND BENEFITS
• Hole Sponsorship ($50 or equivelant)
Your sponsorship (name and artwork) will be displayed on it's own hole on the course. You will be the only sponsorship displayed on this hole. You will also be listed online, at tournament central, and during the player's meeting. You will receive a sponsorship packet which includes 1 custom tournament disc.
• Basket Wrap Sponsorship ($100 or equivelant)
Your sponsorship (name and artwork) will be displayed on a disc golf basket for a specific hole. This is a very popular option as the custom banner for each basket is the star of each hole. You will receive a sponsorship packet which includes 1 custom tournament disc.
• Snack Bar Sponsorship ($150 or equivelant)
Your sponsorship (name and artwork) will be sponsoring the two snack stations, one on each course. We will provide a banner with your artwork at each snack station. You will also be listed online, at tournament central, and during the player's meeting. You will receive a sponsorship packet which includes 1 custom tournament disc.
• Scorecard Sponsorship ($300 or equivelant)
Your sponsorship will be displayed on all digital and paper scorecards. Your name and artwork will be on each digital scorecard hole. Also, name and artwork on each paper scorecard. All players are required to keep score on each hole which means every player will look at your sponsorship a minimum of 54 times per the event. You will also be listed online, at tournament central, and during the player's meeting. You will receive a sponsorship packet which includes 1 custom tournament disc.
• Bronze Level Sponsorship ($150 or equivelant)
Your sponsorship (name and artwork) will be displayed on a 2" x 6" banner at its own unique location on the course visible to all players. You will be able to keep the banner after the event. You will also be listed online, at tournament central, and during the player's meeting. You will receive a sponsorship packet which includes 1 custom tournament disc.
• Silver Level Sponsorship ($250 or equivelant)
Your sponsorship (name and artwork) will be displayed on a 2" x 6" banner at their own 2 unique locations on the courses visible to all players. You will be able to keep the banners after the event. You will also be listed online, at tournament central, and during the player's meeting. You will receive a sponsorship packet which includes 2 custom tournament discs.
• Gold Level Sponsorhip ($350 or equivelant)
Your sponsorship (name and artwork) will be displayed on a 2" x 6" banner at their own 3 unique locations on the courses visible to all players. You will be able to keep the banners after the event. You will also be displayed (name and artwork) on every player's pack (swag pack) that they receive when registering for the event. You will also be listed online, at tournament central, and during the player's meeting. You will receive a sponsorship packet which includes 3 custom tournament discs.
• Platinum Level Sponsorship ($1,000 or equivelant)
Your sponsorship (name and artwork) will be on the course! Your sponsorship (name and artwork) will be displayed on a 2" x 8" banner at their own 6 unique locations on the courses visible to all players. You will be able to keep the banners after the event. You will also be listed online, at tournament central, and during the player's meeting. You will receive a sponsorship packet which includes 8 custom tournament discs.
•Course Sponsorship (2,000 or equivelent)
One of the courses will be named after your sponsorship! Your sponsorship will be included on every tee sign and every basket wrap for that course. Your sponsorship (name and artwork) will be displayed on a 2" x 8" banner at their own 6 unique locations on the courses visible to all players and also at tournament central. You will be able to keep the banners after the event. You sponsorship will be on select custom items in the players packs. You will also be listed online, at tournament central, and during the player's meeting. You will receive a sponsorship packet which includes 10 custom tournament discs.
